About WellCodes

Record, reflect, results.

WellCodes encourages people to manage stress through modern yoga. We listen to you for what works and what needs to change. We believe your success reflects our success.

WellCodes offers the opportunity for you use your strengths, discover roadblocks to your success and master your lifestyle. Learn how to make a living toolkit for health (exercise, nutrition, sleep, time management, personal process) that's customized to you. In Yoga, we call this auto-therapy: a dynamic way to restore well-being and boost performance through self-care hygiene, applying Mother Nature's recipes for an effective, inspiring experience. We see wellness as the cornerstone that bridges physical health, social relationships and an evolving way of life.

Strength is our top priority. We believe that strength helps you make smart decisions. Nature gives us examples of strength - mountains, trees and oceans - changing in response to their surroundings and somehow always staying in place. Defined here, strength is "the ability to look after yourself" - knowing when to ask for help from others. By reaching out, we become a network capable of concentrating hundreds of times the energy into solving the problems that we share at the personal and the societal levels. This idea mirrors the "village" effect that ancient cultures relied on for survival, now extended to a global community.

I am happy to share the journey of life with you. Let's get in touch, send your message to hello@wellcodes.com. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you!

CIRCLEPORTRAIT.jpg

I am an author, surfer and Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist and Reiki Teacher. I work with Olympic coaches, nutritionists, acupuncturists, yogis, and medical doctors to share a natural approach to healthcare that is less harmful and more effective than modern Western medicine - with an efficient formula for health that focuses on solving and preventing problems at the root source, which formed the thesis for my new book How to Eat Well and Love Yourself.

Recently, I worked at a Yoga Retreat Center called Pleasant Valley Sanctuary where I spent time studying, teaching and gardening. I believe that being one with nature is our key to health. I enjoy surfing, coconut curry, and playing music on the beach.
